个人简介
陈亮,男,1976年10月生,江苏新沂人,河海大学岩土工程国家重点学科教授,博士生导师,副所长,江苏省防汛抢险专家,江苏省城市轨道交通工程质量安全专家,浙江省水利正高级工程师评委会专家,中国土工合成材料协会防渗专委会委员。曾任河海大学土木与交通实验中心主任,江苏省土木工程教学示范中心主任(兼)。教学方面,主要负责土力学教学与土力学实验教学,主讲课程“土力学”曾获国家精品课程(第五,2009),参编教材《土力学》曾获国家精品教材(第三,2012),2019-2020年度获得江苏省高校实验室工作先进个人称号。科研方面,主要从事岩土渗流与环境岩土方向研究,主持国家基金、省基金、重点研发专题各1项,发表论文百余篇,获得国家专利50余项,参与编写教材2部,出版专著2部,获省部级科技进步奖5项。2021年获中共江苏省委省政府防汛抗洪先进个人表彰。
